Geriatric Care Management Services

          Caring for people has always been my passion so I knew early on that I wanted to be a nurse. In over 30 years of nursing, I've worked in many areas but I really found my dream job once I started as a geriatric care manager. I love being able to help seniors and their families through the complexities of aging. My passion for helping seniors has been influenced not only by my clients but also by helping both my parents as they dealt with health and aging issues. I would love to help you 'navigate your aging for success'.
